Upon passing ASVAB, you begin signing paperwork, must get parental consent if younger than 18 years old. Schedule medical examination, upon successful completion of medical exam sign a contract.

Aptitude test mixed with a back ground check to understand a candidates eligibility. Job comes with a TS//SCI clearance. Must maintain security clearance in order to execute primary job functions.
