2 interviews with engineers at Naval Reactors. 1 subject that is pre-determined and operations. I had chemistry as one of my interviews so I interviewed with an engineer who has been there for quite a while. my operations interview was with an engineer who had only been there for a few years.

None. There are interviews based on commissioning source as an officer, but once commissioned, there are no interviews. The Glassdoor survey doesn't allow response to correctly reflect process to obtain Commission as Officer and then have subsequent promotions.
