There wasn't a real interview process. However, you have to work with a recruiter, who might lie to you and take an assessment test. If you decide to join, you go to the closet MEPS center and get a physical, walk like a duck, take a drug exam, and raise your right hand.

went through physical and mental testing to establish what job would best suite my talents. Then proceeded to training and continued to be tested in multiple testing. left for my permanent duty station and performed my job.
