UniCredit Group interview questions

With HR: what do I know about Unicredit, why applying for this role and where I can see myself in 5 years and why didn't continue with previous employer. With Manager: initially exact same questions, but then he took out a chess board and we played a game. Then he tried to see my analitycal skills and simulated various situations on the board and I had to explain the logic and mathematical approach to solve some issues (i.e. the coinstraint effect of the board, the matrix of complexity of the game as it continues, etc.)

Find the mistake in ppt report. The report was a product of specific methodology used that I have never seen before since it was company specific.
