Successful shortlisting leads to a creative Assesment centre revolving around individual and team working. Team tasks involved generating plans and approaches if we were currently in employed positions (e.g., how do we improve proportion of successful attendence of Handshake meetings/workshops?)
Individual task involved delegating task priority and explaining why.
