Upwork interview questions

I was contacted by Talent Acquision and the person was very nice and friendly. We really made a connection. Unfortunately, the company is short-sighted and would not consider my diverse background and wanted 5 years with a specific title instead of looking at my 3 years with a title and 10 years of experience in the area of expertise.

The video interview was easy. I was asked some simple questions about my profile like address, past work experience, etc. After asking questions, the staff told me that she will send an email in 24 hours.
