Upwork interview questions

Quick and painless process. I applied online, went through phone screen, came onsite for final interview with consisted of shadowing to accompany two 2:1 interviews. Upon final interview I heard back with my offer within 1 week and was given ample time to give notice to previous employer.

The interview process was thorough. The process was pleasant, I was optimistic, because I believed it went very well. The first step was phone screening, the second step was phone interview with hiring manager, the next step that i did not reach was panel interview (I asked the hiring manager about what the next step would be)
