3 rounds in total, 2 rounds technical and 1 managerial. With proper preparation it can be cracked easily. Be strong with basics. Basic concepts like HA, vMotion, DRS, Affinity, VM snapshot, Upgradation procedure and troubleshooting are important.

There's a total of 3 interviews plus a practical test (on top of HR interview); 1st is the Hiring Manager, followed by Senior Leader, then down to the final 2 candidate where they went through an interview with a team Colleague (culture fit), During the interview, a Practical test (excel, work samples) was also conducted by the team leader.

Applied through the careers portal. Recruiter called for the initial discussion. Then setup another initial discussion with a person on similar role. Then setup 2 discussion in the week simultaneously. Then cancelled the 2nd discussion after the 1st discussion. overall, more like a circus. And asked about things worked on 6 yrs ago in the career. Nonsense and Stupid recruitment process of a big company.
