VMware , Member of Technical Staff interview questions

Expected a lot better from VMware. One of the worst interview experience. I had 2 rounds of technical interviews and in both the rounds the interviewer seemed the least interested. One of them even ended the interview 15 minutes early and did not even bother to ask me if I had any questions. The second interviewer had like a notepad open with all the theory questions related to os and C and was asking them like a robot, not acknowledging my answer and jumping directly into the next one. If you are that disinterested then why even schedule an interview. And as always 2 weeks with no reply from HR even after emailing them for a feedback.
