Initial telephone interview screening whereby you and the hiring manager talk about your interest in the company and role. The interview also covers your most recent experience.
After passing the telephone interview, you are then given two weeks to prepare a presentation on a problem you would typically face in the company.
Unfortunately only after a 30 minute telephone interview and an hour presentation/interview are you made aware of how rotational the role is, and how many sites you would have to travel to. The job advert was misleading in terms what areas the role would cover.
Whilst Veolia did a good job in trying to rearrange working locations, the job offer was very much dependent on whether you could travel to these sites.
