Waitrose Cashier interview questions

- Group interview in a room together, with group exercise. Putting tasks in order of importance, wanted you to work well in group, speak up, listen to others - Individual interview, reading questions of sheet, making sure you had an appropriate answer to all of them - Fill out form in case you are hired (hours, preferred job, uniform etc)

You fill out an application form online. You then get invited to a phone interview- which is very basic. Questions about your hobbies, why Waitrose, what you do etc. And then you get invited to a short assessment centre which will last for a few hours.
