Waitrose Customer Assistant interview questions

A formal process. Group assessment at the beginning, followed by a formal individual interview. In the waitrose offices in central london, very clean and pleasant office with a good friendly atmosphere. Not intimidating at all.

Asked for interview about 1 week after applying. It was quite a quick interview, lasted about 15 or so minutes. Made me feel comfortable - offered me a glass of water. Overall an enjoyable experience :)
