Waitrose Customer Assistant interview questions

group interview, about 5 people we were given scenarios we had to match up with each 'customers' then had a one on on interview. The interview took about an hour to complete.

Typical online situational judgement tests that put you in different scenarios. Followed by an assessment centre. This consisted of a group exercise where the focus is on how you work in a team environment - getting the task right is less important. Second part was a relatively simple one-to-one interview.
