Waitrose Customer Services interview questions

Good interview, but job wasn’t for me. I’m trying to get away from customer service roles. The process was a face to face interview followed but a group interview. Very professional

The interview process was fairly simple. It consisted of a face to face interview and group assessment centre. The group assessment consisted of various tasks, which required input from all participants. The face to face interview was very standard, and nothing out of the ordinary.
