Waitrose interview questions

I was given a scenario and had 20 minutes to come up with a detailed plan of how I would solve issues. I then had to present said ideas to the manager.

Group interview . Introduce yourself and then Tasks on prioritising customer service, and group presentations. Individual interview with manager shortly after, so had to wait for everyone to take their turn which takes a while. Fairly straightforward but lengthy interview around 3-4 hours .
