Waitrose interview questions

Had to complete a survey online, then have an in person interview, followed by filling out a list of scenario questions. Overall the process was pretty clear and simple, I felt very comfortable and everyone I spoke to during the process was lovely.

Application form followed by basic aptitude test. The interview was a simple exercise looking for ideas on how to improve a hypothetical store. Followed by some behavioural questions then a general chat about availability etc.
