Group interview with about 8 people. Different activities in pairs and individually, some creative tasks (to show character), some product based (to show company knowledge). A few people were ultimately offered the job, so they don't just pick one from the group.

Group interview, containing various activities to be done as a group and individually. This involved some group presenting and then answering some individual questions in front of the group. The group presenting involved making up a radio advert for a Waitrose essential item which we got to chose from the table. We got put into pairs and then voiced the radio advert in front of everyone.

They give you a task to complete, involving planning out what jobs you would complete during a typical day of work and how you would schedule them to be most efficient. Then you gave an interview with a recruiter, that part is all pretty standard. Interviews are sometimes group interviews sometimes individual, you will know ahead of time which one
