Waitrose interview questions

I had a one to one interview with a member of the HR team. It was my first ever job interview and they were very friendly and supportive, it was a great experience.

Positive experience, enjoyable process. There were three separate stages: Questions to get to know you Questions to understand how well you work with others Hypothetical scenarios to determine your decision making abilities. Interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease. If you want the job make sure you do a bit of research about Waitrose and the company's philosophy and values.
