Waitrose interview questions

Applied online had a telephone interview afterwards in which questions where asked and I had to answer in order to get the job. The entire process took a couple weeks and I got an offer

1 on 1 is strength and moral based, they re-ask questions and try to catch you out. Be honest, especially young people they just want you to work hard and be a nice person, they do not expect a 12 page CV or tonnes of experience.
