Waitrose interview questions

Group interviews for the sales role, it was very confusing and a hassle. They had me waiting for hours despite me arriving first at the place and they made us engage with eachother. It wasn’t a very plausible choice of interviewing sales teams to be honest.

Online quiz, face to face interview with manager. Interview was mainly generic team-playing based questions. Would recommend offering to work on the meat and fish counter- manager seemed delighted someone was keen to do it
