Waitrose interview questions

One to one discussion with a manager, then some team exercises with other applicants. Fun, lighthearted but competitive nonetheless. This interview occurred after having done a lengthy situation judgment test online that took around 30 mins.

Interesting process involving team exercises, then individual interviews with questions asked. Various scenarios were presented, then candidates were assessed in the group discussions. After the interview we were then informed of the decision a week after the interview day
