Waitrose interview questions

30 minutes of standard interview questions. I had heard group interviews were common but with the pandemic and to maintain social distancing I imagine they are they using one on one interviews. Hiring manager was lovely and it was clear they didn't discriminate against anyone without previous experience.

Questions about availability, teamwork and time management. Fairly easy and relaxed, just had a chat with the manager for about 5-10 mins basically. But the job offer came quite a while after, maybe a month? Also situational judgement type questions online.
