Waitrose interview questions

Long winded, way too in depth for the job. Did a phone interview because of then pandemic and they sent me a whole test which was honestly ridiculous. They then ghosted me and called me up 2 months later offering me a job which I declined

Standard interview questions and then a time management exercise that you could prepare for prior to the interview. Offered a permanent part time position before even starting the temp job. Being friendly and relaxed I think gets you a long way with this company.
