Interview
I applied online and the same day was invited to complete an online assessment. 3 days later I received an email asking me to log in and pick a time to come in for an interview. The interview consisted of a group assessment and a 1 to 1 interview. The group assessment was slightly different due to Covid. Smaller group sizes than usual, there were 4 of us. Given a task to complete as a group, we had time to work together to complete the task and then had to present our work to the assessors at the end of the time. Then waited in staff canteen until 1 to 1 interview which was only around 15/20 minutes. Asked a few informal questions such as favourite food and then had a few formal interview questions. Overall really enjoyed the interview experience, management and all staff I came into contact with were really friendly which put me at ease. 1 week later received a call telling me I had been successful.

Interview
group assessment discussing scenarios and determining the best solutions. We all had to talk and work collaboratively on each scenario and write up our solutions. After this we had to present our solutions and decisions to the interviewers. After the group assessment a one to one interview was followed.
