Waitrose interview questions

It was a group interview. There were 6 of us and only 2 positions available. It was very obvious who they were going to pick which discouraged me for the rest of the interview. We had to as a team discuss different scenarios and how we would respond to them. Then feedback our ideas to the interviewer. Then we had to fill out a booklet with questions such as 'describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer' ect.
