Waitrose interview questions

A phone interview asking general questions about when and where in the store you'd like to work, followed by a group interview where you had to carry out situation tests as a team. If you passed this there was then a one on one session with the section manager where they spoke to you in more detail about the section you'd be working on and showed you around.

Online application process with general competency and behaviour questions and then face-to-face interview with the same. Was there for about 30mins total and the interviewers were very friendly. They gave me a pen and paper to take notes but the interview questions were the normal ones so I was already prepared.
