Interview
A group discussion/task and an individual interview. In the group discussion we were given a list of jobs our 'manager' had assigned to us for the day and were told to priorities these whilst also slotting in additional spontaneous problems such as customers asking for assistance, spillages etc.

Interview
As I arrived I had to hand in my passport so it could be checked and scanned and as I signed in my arrival time was noted (8:20 for an 8:30am call time). I then waited briefly in a room with the other candidates and we had to fill in a form to indicate our store preferences and availability etc. Then we were split into two groups and had to do a group exercise assigning items to customers given their requirements. After this I then had an individual interview which lasted roughly 5-10 minutes.

Interview
Really friendly and relaxed. Did a group interview and then a solo one. Never felt uneasy and was promoted to expand if needed. You had to go through your details in a background check and then the questions were fairly easy.
