Waitrose interview questions

I applied online, and then had a series for online assessments to do. Looking at how to treat customers and also looking at different situations and how you would respond. Each stage you would receive a text message or email to ensure you new what stage you were at.

Very relaxed, set structured questions for everyone on the placement scheme. Almost like a chat; perhaps too informal at some points. Went a bit off-track which confused me a little as a candidate. Overall was fine but realised it was not the company I wanted to work for.
