Waitrose interview questions

applied online and invited to interview only 3 other candidates present as others did not turn up was shown short presentation and job role explained. then did group activity for around 20 minutes about assigning roles to characters. finally individually interview for around 15 minutes and asked about availability.

First i had to fill out a few online questionnaires, i think 2 of them i had to put some options in an order of the best to worst. I was then invited to a group interview stage which wasn't too hard, we discussed some tasks that you would have to do as an employee in a group of about 10 of us. Then i was taken in to have a 1 on 1 interview which was fairly relaxed for an interview. The only bad thing is it took a while for them to get back to me after the initial questionnaires and again after the interview
