I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Waitrose (Stockport, England)
Interview
We sat in a group of 6 and we were each given a fake profile of an employee and their abilities and had to delegate job roles to them based on scenarios that were given e.g. Someone needs to cover the cafe. And then we were taken for a 1 to 1 interview. Everyone was dressed smartly. Should receive an offer in the next week apparently.

I applied online. I interviewed at Waitrose (Southampton, England) in May 2015
Interview
I applied online and received an email inviting me to a group interview. There were 4 of us in the interview and it started with us listening to a manager talk about Waitrose and the job role, etc.
After that, we were given a short group task to complete while the interviewers watched. We had to organise a list of issues, such as customer safety, in order of importance. They were clearly looking at how we communicated with one another so I just made sure that I contributed a lot.
After the group task, we were taken out individually for one-to-one interviews with the managers.
