Waitrose interview questions

Brief explanation about the company and the role. Individual assessment task which involved looking at a list of products and matching them to a variety of customers' requirements, e.g. being health conscious, vegetarian, etc. I had to write down the products I would recommend. Then, a group task where we all had to discuss what we would prioritise based on a day's work at a store, where various problems occurred e.g. missing stock, breakages on shop floor, unhappy customers, etc. Finally, a one to one interview.
