Basic competency questions, followed by giving me a document involving a review of a store. I was given 20 minutes to read the document and decide five things I believed needed to be improved within the store. I had to write down what needed to be changed, why it needed to be changed, and how it could be changed.

Question 1
What is the best way to deal with a customer who is unhappy and being uncooperative?
Invited to a group interview. We had to read a review of the store and then suggest any necessary improvements that needed to be implemented and then create an action plan.

Interview
Applied online and was straight away asked to do the situational test. I then had to to wait a couple of days and was invited to choose an interview time. Picked the time that best suited me and then started to research further into the company. On my interview date they were running a little late but it did not bother me too much. After the interview I was told I would hear back in a week but I had not so I assumed I did not get the job, 9 days after I had interviewed I was told I had been offered the job which I accepted!
