Waitrose interview questions

Initial contact, telephone interview and then a friendly interview with head of HR. All very laid back and pleasant, no 'nasty' questions. Took place in the main office and got to meet a lot of the team during this time.

Group interview with approx 6 other people. Had to do group activities such as introduce ourselves and make a tower out of un-cooked spaghetti and marshmallows (weird, I know) but I believe the group activities are up to the discretion of the personelle manager. once we had finished all of those we had some one on one interviews about availability etc. if you are successful in this round you usually then have a one on one interview with the head of the section you're applying for. this usually consists of walking around the shop and talking about general things.
