Waitrose interview questions

was difficult at times, a lot of questions to see if you get along with others. do not be the quiet one. do not be the loud one. be the right one. :) x x x x x

Telephone interview initially, and then face to face interview. Quite daunting at first - almost 3 hours long in total! But an hour of it was preparation for a short presentation based on documentation you were given at the beginning of the interview, and then technical questioning followed by "company fit" type questions - soft skills etc.
