Waitrose interview questions

Straightforward - had a one to one followed by a group interview. Group interview focused on working together to answer questions about different scenarios within the workplace, and how you would deal with difficult customer.

As the role was for a Christmas temporary supermarket assistant, the interview process was more informal than a typical interview. I attended a one-to-one interview where the focus was on my personality, customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The interviewer asked straightforward questions about my experience, teamwork, and how I would handle busy periods, rather than anything overly technical.
