Waitrose interview questions

Sent off CV, got call went in for interview. Be polite and charming and you'll get the job.

Applied online and was offered an interview within a week. The interview was a group interview with around 10-15 applicants and 2 interviewers. It lasted a couple of hours and involved a couple of simple exercises. This included; individual introductions (ice breaker), a couple of teamwork exercises (looking at how you work together) and finished with an individual sales pitch of a chosen item to the rest of the group. After the group interview, short individual interviews were conducted 1 to 1 to talk about you. The feel to the interview was kept as friendly as possible with drinks, snacks and chocolate supplied throughout!
