Waitrose interview questions

Straightforward group tasks and individual interview. Group task is just to see that you are active in regards to participation and don't let everyone else take over for you. Individual interview was fairly standard stuff with extra questions about food as it is a supermarket.

It was pretty standard question and answer format relating to transferable skills and any previous experience. The interview was with one of the managers of the store and I was given a tour of the shop.
