Waitrose interview questions

it was a comunal interview - only a few people, a fairly relaxed process. It must have only taken 40 minutes total. There was introduction from one of the current employees about the store and how it worked and that every is considered partners at Waitrose and John Lewis. We then got put into groups

It was a virtual interview as it was during covid . It was on google meets . Interview was 30-40 minutes . Overall its a good company to work for with good company benefits
