Fairly relaxed, in a group. Interested in ability to prioritise on the shop floor - there was a focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring health and safety requirements were met.
start with a group interview where you get given a task and you’re assessed on how you communicate with others at the table then followed by a 1-1 interview which was mainly situational questions based on experience
Short initial interview with typical questions asked during any other behavioural interview. Might have been an initial online screening asking about how you are in the workplace and your personality.
Hiring manager was very friendly and patient.
