Waitrose Retail Assistant interview questions

A 3 part process including an online situational test. This is followed by a group interview where your leadership skill and situational abilities are tested again. You are then given a general 1 to 1 interview.

I could tell she was fed up with me and she looked really mean. I did tell her I haven't had any work experience and in the job description it did say no work experience needed so I don't understand why she asked some of the questions that she did.
