Waitrose Sales Assistant interview questions

Applied by handing in application form to the store. Interviews were in groups. Sit in a circle and tell the group a bit about you. Given products that you had to sell. Mainly just looking for competent people who could converse and work well in groups.

1:1 interview online due to covid. Was asked standard interview questions and questions related to customer service. Then I was given an exercise which they email to you and I had 20 minutes of the interview to prepare my answers and 10 minutes to present my answers. Interview took an hour and a few days later they called and offered me a job.
