Was a behavioral interview. Easy to manipulate if you understand the process. They don't assist you, just read questions. Relaxed environment. Mas long as you understand what a behavioral interview is you will be fine. If you don't you will blow it no matter what your experience is

One on one interview process. Open ended questions. Look for detailed responses and specifics. Explain processes and how you overcame issues or situations. Be detailed but keep from rambling. You will get little to no interaction from the person giving the interview. the idea is to see how you respond to the formatted questions.
