Walgreens ASMt interview questions

I was very prepared for my interview. My store manager told me to look up behavioral interview questions online. Then to choose ten and write down my answers. The following day we role played the interview with the questions I selected. They are looking for questions to be answered by describing a situation, your actions or process, and then the outcome. Being prepared made the awkward interview process less intimidating. There were two interviewers who took turns asking questions, both had papers in front of them writing constantly as I spoke and neither looked up more than a second or two.

Got a call after a week of applying for interview. Interview was scheduled over a phone call. It was a typical retail interview. The store manager interviewed on behalf of DM. I was given drug test the same day to submit. Same night I got the email from the DM for offer.
