Walgreens Assistant Manager interview questions

You start off with a basic interview with a store manager and (EXA) they go over your resume ask you why you want to work for the company. They talk about the position and the company. They ask if you have any questions. And pass you along to the DM if selected. Then the DM interviews you ask about your work history, tries to see if you have any weak spots or spotty answers from before. DM ask inappropriate questions like age/marital status/and ethnicity and if you speak other language related to that ethnicity.

It was a welcoming environment. The managers that conducted the interviews were friendly and understanding took their time to get to know the person who was interviewing for the job and not just glancing at the resume. They did some of the generic questions, but that is expected because they are trying to find the right people to fit with their organization.
