Interview
The whole process didn't take but a couple of days after my application was completely in. I got called in for the interview and I could tell immediately that the manager was a cool person. This interview was different from most because it didn't contain those typical "what would you do" customer service questions. She was more interested in learning about who I am and what I like pertaining to beauty. The only specific questions she really asked was have I dealt intense situations on the job and an example on how i worked well in a group. But other than that it was more so a conversation and I think she liked my personality. I'd say the interview depends on the store manager and may not be the same.

Interview
Hiring Process: Applied online and then once done it said I needed to finish my application at the store. I went into the store and finished the application; it was about if you could use a certain coupon, what was on the coupon, reading numbers for stock coming in and going out, giving change back in least amount of bills and change. About three weeks later I got a phone call asking if I was interested at a different location. And I said yes and got an interview the next day. Once I went in for the interview, there were two managers on duty, and one took me in a back room and he said there were a few standard questions he had to ask. I'll list them in the questions boxes. And then he explained the position, and hours, and said I got the job. He even said he would work with me on hours, if i wanted more, or less depending on my schoolwork. Very nice interview! Told me if I could get drug tested by the next day that it would come back to them, they could see my background check, and I could start by the following Monday. (I interviewed on a Tuesday)
