Applied online, and then was called in for an interview. Online application involves a personality test. The process was a couple weeks, which is better than some places. The process is long. You have 2 separate applications. The interview itself is brief. If you have an interview you are more than likely already hired. Depending on management some don’t even ask too many questions.
