The interview process was relatively simple, the manager was really nice. There were two interviews, both were not hard. The first interview, I was asked mostly behavioral questions, what would you do for certain scenarios, how you’ve handled customers, or challenges, etc.

The focus was on very behavioral questions, focusing on how to foster positive customer interactions and how you have dealt with negative situations. Is generally a quick process, and they will email you if you were accepted relatively quickly.

it was simple. I had to describe some difficult situations that I experienced at my old job and how I handled it. Also, how I would go extra to help customers. She also ask how would you deal certain situations.
