After completing the application online. You meet with the store ASM for a 1 on 1 interview. They were looking for a great attitude with customers and someone accountable to their schedule. If they like what they see they will send you for a drug test and will do a background check.

Question 1
What day and time of the week that or you are available?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walgreens (Wilmette, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
To me it was very rude and a waste of my time. But going in gives you a good idea of the store environment and makes you realize if you actually want to work there or not. The manager and the assistant manager just asked situation-like questions. Nothing personal, no questions like "Why do you want to work here, what are your plans", etc. Overall it took 15 minutes, its been 1 week today and no callback. Probably won't be applying again.
