Walgreens Analyst Digital Commerce Strategy & Planning interview questions

The interview process was straightforward. First round was a call with the recruiter, second round was a video chat with the Assoc. Mgr and third round was two 30min video chats with the Mgr and assoc. Mgr. Second round interviews was more of “tell me about a time” and tactical questions. The third and final interview was more mental questions “On a scale of 1-10, how independently do you work?” After receiving great verbal feedback from the team, I was given a date to hear a decision from the team that never came. I reached out to the recruiter for updates and they continued to say “I don’t have an update yet, but when I do I’ll update you”. After two check ins, I was ghosted with no additional feedback or proper rejection email.
