Basic customer service questions. Asked about best practices and asked behavior questions. Only lasted 30 mins. let me ask questions for the last 10 minutes. Only 1 person. They were friendly and not intimidating

Good process, took many weeks to get interview - the interviews did show up late for every step of the process. Otherwise it was a straightforward interview. Definitely look professional and try to find out the other interview questions before going in.
